Lifetime Warranty
Tru Vision Window & Door Systems Ltd. is proud to offer an Industry-Leading Limited Lifetime Warranty, fully Transferable and Non-Prorated. We warrant that our patio door systems will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, when used under normal residential conditions.
Patio Door Systems
Lifetime Warranty on unpainted uPVC vinyl and aluminum extrusions against warping, flaking, peeling, rotting, or cracking.
10-Year Warranty on the factory-applied paint process against defects, fading, or discoloration under normal use.
10-Year Warranty on glass seals against vision obstruction caused by condensation between the glass surfaces (labour and material included during this period).
10-Year Warranty on internal mini-blinds against malfunction under normal daily use (excludes misuse, abuse, or negligence).
5-Year Warranty on patio door hardware covering defects in material and workmanship.
