Lifetime Warranty
Steel Door Systems
Lifetime Warranty on all unpainted composite frames and doorlite frames against blistering, rotting, decay, corrosion, or uneven discoloration.
20-Year Warranty on factory-primed steel door panels against warping, rusting, cracking, or buckling.
10-Year Warranty on factory-painted steel door panels against blistering, peeling, or uneven discoloration.
10-Year Warranty on internal mini-blinds against malfunction under normal daily use (excludes misuse, abuse, or negligence).
20-Year Warranty on doorlite glass seals against vision obstruction caused by condensation between glass surfaces.
1-Year Warranty on door hinges (excluding outswing hinges), door sweeps, weatherstripping, and hardware.
Fiberglass Door Systems
Lifetime Warranty on all unpainted composite frames and doorlite frames against blistering, rotting, decay, corrosion, or uneven discoloration.
Lifetime Warranty on warping of fiberglass door panels purchased with a factory-applied painted or stained finish.
10-Year Warranty on internal mini-blinds against malfunction under normal daily use (excludes misuse, abuse, or negligence).
20-Year Warranty on doorlite glass seals against vision obstruction caused by condensation between glass surfaces.
5-Year Warranty on factory-applied stain finish for fiberglass doors (must be installed with adequate overhang and maintained with periodic clear coat reapplication).
1-Year Warranty on door hinges (excluding outswing hinges), door sweeps, weatherstripping, and hardware.
VynaColour Limited Paint Warranty
Painting performed by VynaColour Limited with Prolux 8032 Series paint is covered for 20 years against peeling, blistering, cracking, or notable fading under normal conditions. Should issues arise, VynaColour will inspect and arrange for refinishing, covering materials, labour, and transportation costs.
Paint Warranty Exclusions:
Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or building design.
Exposure to harsh environments, pollutants, or corrosive conditions.
Lack of proper maintenance (must be cleaned every 2 years with mild detergent and water).
Touch-ups, on-site rectifications, or refinishing by unauthorized contractors.
