This indicates high indoor humidity levels, not a product flaw. To minimize condensation, ensure proper ventilation, maintain balanced humidity, and improve airflow near your windows.
Yes. Tru Vision warranties are fully transferable, which means if you sell your home, the warranty can be passed on to the new owner. This adds long-term value to your property and ensures continued peace of mind for the next homeowner.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, harmful cleaning solvents, or external factors beyond Tru Vision’s control (such as extreme weather or accidents). Broken glass and torn screens are also excluded.
Routine care is simple. Clean frames and glass with a mild soap-and-water solution using a soft sponge. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners. Regular inspections of weatherstripping, seals, and moving parts help ensure smooth operation and extend the life of your windows and doors.
